Lucy Clark is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in residential and mixed-use leasehold service charges. Her career began in hands-on estate management of prime central London developments, balancing service charge efficiency, compliance and resident expectations.

She moved into consultancy advising on major new-build schemes, leading the mobilisation of large mixed-use developments and providing pre-completion consultancy from an estate management perspective. That work covered planning to first-year budgets, void forecasts, operational and staffing strategy, lease wording for recovery and apportionment, and design input to improve long-term efficiency.

Lucy now advises independently through ISCA Ltd, including independent technical opinion on the reasonableness and recoverability of service charges in pre-action and tribunal matters. Her approach starts with understanding the client's objectives, the nature of the scheme and tailors advice accordingly.
